Welcome to Humanify ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Humanify is a desktop application designed to streamline the deployment of open-source AI projects onto local systems. It optimizes package configuration via automatic selection of inference acceleration frameworks based on system specifications. The platform features an integrated online store with a vast selection of open-source projects and models, a management dashboard for applications and models, and a model launchpad for quick project initiation and operational management.

1. Description of Services

One-Click Deployment: This feature allows users to deploy AI projects on their local systems with a single action. The software automatically selects the appropriate inference acceleration framework based on the user's operating system and specific package requirements to optimize performance. This process is subject to compatibility with the user's system configuration and available resources.
Online Store: The platform includes an online store that hosts a range of open-source projects and models. Users have the ability to access, review, and download these resources. The inclusion of any project or model in the store does not imply endorsement of its content or functionality by us.
Management Dashboard: Provides a user interface for the administration of applications and models that have been downloaded via the online store. This dashboard allows for routine updates and configuration management of these resources. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the dashboard complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Model Launchpad: Facilitates the initiation and operational management of local projects. This tool allows users to monitor the status and performance metrics of active projects. The actual performance and effectiveness of the launchpad can vary based on the specific project parameters and the user's system capabilities.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the "I Accept" button or by accessing or using Humanify in any manner, you acknowledge and affirm that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and consent to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Your agreement to these terms constitutes a binding contract between you and us. under applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use or access Humanify and its associated services.

2.2 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Humanify platform. You agree to review these Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any such modifications.

Your continued use of Humanify after any such modifications have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using Humanify and its services immediately.

This includes, but is not limited to, any use that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Humanify server, or the network(s) connected to any Humanify server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Humanify.

Security Measures: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including usernames and passwords. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or from your computer.
Notification of Breach: You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
Safeguarding Your Account: You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

This includes, but is not limited to, data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and export control laws.
Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content of any postings, data, or transmissions using your account or for any other use of Humanify by you or by anyone else using your account. You acknowledge that we do not control the content of any user's account and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Proprietary Elements: While Humanify itself is an open-source project, certain aspects such as the proprietary code that facilitates deployment, the design of the user interface, and specific integrations developed by us, are owned by the Company. These elements are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Open-Source Components: Humanify incorporates various open-source projects and components sourced from platforms like GitHub. These projects and components remain under their original licenses as published by their respective creators. 8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of Humanify or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the services, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service.

All disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
